WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY USING USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. A FLAT RATE OF $20 IS CHARGED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH ORDER. ORDERS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACEMENT AND DELIVERY TAKES 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE.  ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY APPLY TO YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS ENTERED YOUR COUNTRY, LOW KEY INDUSTRIES LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ADDITIONAL FEES.  CUSTOMS LAW DIFFERS FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY, SO IN SOME CASES ORDERS MAY GET CAUGHT AND INSPECTED BY CUSTOMS WHICH DELAYS DELIVERY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, ALL OF THESE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 4 TO 6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.

3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 4-6 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 4-6 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)

5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

7. Colors and variations of pre order items may not be exactly like the mock up photo.

In the rare case an item is mislisted, LOW KEY INDUSTRIES LLC. reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
